What are your products made of?
All Suvai Padhartham products are made from 100% natural herbs, spices, and traditional South Indian ingredients. We do not use any artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives.

Are your products suitable for vegetarians/vegans?
Yes, all our products are completely plant-based and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Do your products contain allergens?
Some of our products contain sesame seeds, lentils, and groundnuts. Please check the individual product pages for complete ingredient lists.

What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products have a shelf life of 6 months from the date of manufacture when stored in a cool, dry place. Please refer to the packaging for the exact best-before date.

How should I store your products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, transfer to an airtight container and use within 2–3 months for best flavor.

Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 10 AM are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10 AM are dispatched the next working day. We do not dispatch on Sundays. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499.

Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship to all major cities and towns across India.

How do I use the Rice Dal Powders?
Mix 1–2 teaspoons of rice dal powder with hot steamed rice and a drizzle of sesame oil or ghee for a quick and nutritious meal.

How do I prepare the Herbal Soups?
Add 5g of herbal soup powder to a cup of boiling water, stir well, and enjoy. You can also add a pinch of pepper and salt to taste.

How do I use the Idly Chilli Powder?
Sprinkle generously on hot idlis or dosas and serve with a dash of sesame oil or ghee for an authentic South Indian breakfast experience.
